Catching Termites Night

During the winter season in Nigeria, catching termites is a popular activity among the youths. Believe it or not, termites are a delicacy in Nigeria. The termites are attracted to light. Straw brooms are used to trap the insects.

I believe this cultural activity has never been depicted in art form before. (Also available in daylight scene entitled "Catching Termites Day").
