Mask Faces
Masquerades are commonplace in Nigeria. Some are ceremonial
while others are held for celebrations or recreation.
I remember these activities quite vividly from my childhood.
Traditionally, each individual mask has some sort of meaning.
The mask faces in this piece were developed, also, purely
out of my imagination and are not meant to be representations
of any kind.
